Meet Michael Lovelin

Mike is a senior Construction Management Professional with 17 years of experience as a Project Manager and Real Estate Development Director working on several award winning, high profile developments in the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and Canada. He has led teams to deliver successful projects for clients in excess of $500 million including new construction, renovations and tenant improvements. His extensive project portfolio includes high-rise and low-rise residential, hotels, commercial, industrial, and public work. Mike’s responsibilities have included predevelopment and construction oversight, team assembly, financial oversight, and client and contractor relations for his projects. Mike is highly regarded in the industry and is described as a strong leader with the ability to communicate across disciplines, mentor, and get the best from the people around him. He exercises sound decision making while preserving the interest of stakeholders and achieving positive outcomes for all. His diverse experience enables us to deliver effective and creative solutions for all our clients.

Mike enjoys outdoor adventures with friends and family at the Oregon Coast and on the Columbia River. He has a passion for providing pro bono development advisory and construction related services for non-profit organizations and community groups. He also enjoys golfing and scuba diving.
